Our client is looking for a Booking Team Administrator to join their busy team.

The candidate will play a key role in supporting the export air and sea shipping processes.

This includes creating market shipping lists and managing shipping documentation for our carrier.

Using SAP, the administrator will be responsible for checking special provisions, including dangerous goods identifications, and will liaise closely with distribution centres (Corby and Nuneaton) and third-party carriers throughout the day to manage shipment volumes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and maintain market shipping lists for the export team.

- Prepare and manage shipping documentation for carriers.

- Use SAP to check special provisions, such as dangerous goods identification.

- Liaise with distribution centres (Corby and Nuneaton) and carriers to manage shipping volumes.

- Support the ocean movement schedules, including preparing shipping lists and documentation.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Excel and SAP (or willingness to learn).

- Familiarity with export air and sea logistics.

- Strong communication and organisational skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
