Job Title; Stores Person
Salary; £11.75 per hour
Shift Pattern; Monday - Thursday 39 hours per week, overtime on a Friday
Location; Corby, Northamptonshire
Our client, a company based in Corby is looking to recruit a Stores Person to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for you to forge a career with an established and progressive company working on a variety of bespoke products for their customers.
The Stores Person Role;
- Perform shipping and receiving duties, ensuring accurate documentation of all incoming and outgoing goods
- Load and unload materials where required, ensuring safe handling practices are followed
- Utilise Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory levels and assist with stock management
- Maintain an organised stores department by properly storing items in designated locations
- Good communication skills and the ability to take and complete instructions
- Handle materials with care, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Flexibility and proactiveness within your approach to work and working hours
- Being part of team able to meet tight deadlines to customer specification
The Stores Person Candidate;
- Experience within automotive industry
- Attention to detail
- To be proactive / forward thinking within the role
- Knowledge of the graphic industry desirable
- The ability to work well within the team
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to learn
- Clean driving licence and over 21 for insurance purposes
- Training will be provided to develop the right candidate to work within our company
