  • Community Engagement:
  • Develop and implement an annual community engagement plan.
  • Organise and facilitate resident participation events, workshops, and activities.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, local organisations, and stakeholders.
  • Foster a sense of community and belonging amongst residents.
  • Project Coordination:
  • Coordinate community projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and impact.
  • Work with partners to deliver shared objectives and maximise resources.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of community programs.
  • Communication and Reporting:
  • Produce regular communications and updates for residents, including newsletters and social media content.
  • Gather and analyse resident feedback to inform future planning and decision-making.
  • Prepare reports on community engagement activities and outcomes.
  • Partnership Building:
  • Collaborate with local authorities, businesses, and community groups to strengthen partnerships and secure resources.
  • Advocate for the needs of the community and work towards positive change.
