Job Location: North Northamptonshire Council

Salary: £28 Per Hour

Working period: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30

Working Hours: 37 hours per week

Assignment period: 3-6 Months Ongoing

Our Housing Options Advisor work within the Part 7 of the Housing Act environment. You will be dealing with homelessness decisions

You will be expected to provide a high standard of work to the role.

• in-depth knowledge of Part 7 of the Housing Act 1996.
• Experience in housing advice, casework, and negotiations with various stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to produce clear and concise statutory decision letters.
• Capability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload efficiently.

Minimum Requirements for the Role

• Basic DBS & BPSS
• Experience in Manual Labour
• Experience in a Fitting worktops and baths
