Barker Ross is currently recruiting for one of our leading clients based in Corby a new team member who would join established team as a Operation Support candidate.
The main task for a successful candidate would to support the distribution centre with operations and order fulfilment across 3 sites: Corby, Peterborough and BCS.
Job Duties would include:
- Management of orders from Corby, PE2 and BCS and ensuring relevant paperwork accompanies goods from both sites
- Assisting with the reservation of all orders out of Corby/PE2/BCS in compliance with customer procedures and make bookings for national orders and ASNs where necessary
- Assist with entering Amazon orders on the portal and allocation/reservation of stock on our systems
- Assist with logging all national orders on DB
- Assist with running the daily SVO report for PE2 warehouse
- Address stock issues and liaise with relevant production sites on availability dates
- Liaise with the warehouse/transport team on daily basis regarding workload, urgent stock requirements, and inventory count requests
- Assist with reviewing and managing (approve/refuse) Helpdesk and CRM
- Ad hoc support where necessary - Helpdesk, CRM, order reservations, reports etc
Experience using CRM system would be desire but not essential.
