We are seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join our team after the October half term. This role is ideal for individuals with previous teaching experience, although QTS status is not required. Day-to-day of the role:- Supervise classes and manage student behaviour in the absence of the regular teacher.
- Ensure that pre-prepared educational activities are delivered effectively.
- Maintain a positive and conducive learning environment.
- Monitor and report on student progress and behaviour.
- Adhere to all school policies and procedures.
- Assist with other educational activities as required.
- Previous experience in a teaching or educational supervisory role.
- Strong classroom management skills.
