We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and hardworking Junior Recruitment Consultant/ Transport Planner to assist with our daily activities. As a Junior Recruitment Consultant / Transport Planner, you will be responsible for posting job applications online, examining resumes, screening potential candidates, and setting up interviews. You will work directly under the hiring manager or executive recruiter and assist with all recruiting-related duties.
As a Transport Planner, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and efficiency of transportation networks, providing expert solutions in planning, logistics, and operational management. You will be responsible for developing plans to improve transportation systems, keeping good working relationship with our clients and contributing to the sustainable growth of our transport operations.
We are looking for an efficient person who is willing to work different pattern shifts.
All training will be provided.
Salary paid weekly.
To ensure success as a Junior Recruitment Consultant / Transport Planner, you should have:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong IT skills including working knowledge of Microsoft packages; Word, Excel, Outlook
- Strong organisational skills and time management
- Flexible and articulate, and able to cope within a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize workload
- Sound knowledge of transport and logistics, including drivers WTD

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in human resources, business, communications, or similar field.
Previous experience working as a Junior Recruiter.
Knowledge of recruitment softwares and database systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Critical thinking skills.
Ability to conduct interviews over the phone and via live chat.
