As a Plastic Injection Mold Setter, you will play a pivotal role in establishing a new manufacturing site in Corby, contributing to a sustainable future while advancing your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

What You Will Do:

- Ensure injection molding machines and associated systems operate efficiently, meeting quality standards and production goals.

- Set up and start up molding machines, ensuring optimal operation.

- Utilize various testing methods to check product quality, adhering to strict standards.

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and document processing problems, while performing preventative maintenance tasks.

- Collaborate with Tool and Die Makers to optimize mold design for quality and efficiency.

- Comply with all company Environment, Health & Safety Procedures, contributing to a safe working environment.

What You Will Bring:

- Three to five years of experience in plastic injection mold processing, from setting to successful production.

- Hands-on knowledge of molding machines, tools, and high-volume injection molding processes.

- Strong troubleshooting skills, with a keen eye for detail and quality.

- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with excellent organizational skills.

- A commitment to reducing environmental impact and embracing sustainable practices.
