Maintenance Manager, Days, Corby, Salary: £60,000 per annum
Maintenance Manager with strong people management experience required to lead and mentor a team of Multi skilled Maintenance Engineers in Corby.
The Maintenance Manager will report to the Factory Engineering Manager and have extensive manufacturing experience ideally within the FMCG sector. The Maintenance Manager will also have practical experience of overseeing PPM schedules, along with working knowledge of Shire Pirana CMM system or similar and be part of the management team in improving the performance of the equipment on site with asset care.
The successful Maintenance Manager will have a solid understanding of electrical systems, troubleshooting and possess the following qualities:
·Strong proven track record of a similar role within FMCG (ideally food) manufacturing sector
·Applied knowledge of mechanical systems and PLC / CLX, SCADA, HMI, Robots and People management
·Planning and Process control
·H&S, Quality and Food Safety awareness
·Ability to manage staff to policies and procedures
·Project Management and Continuous Improvement
·Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues promptly.
