Position: Booking Team Administrator

Type: Temporary to Permanent | 13/hour | 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional with experience in logistics and export processes? We are seeking a Booking Team Administrator to play a key role in supporting our export air and sea shipping operations. This dynamic position involves collaborating with distribution centres, managing shipping documentation, and ensuring smooth shipment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain market shipping lists to support export operations.
- Prepare and manage accurate shipping documentation for carriers.
- Utilise SAP to check special provisions, including dangerous goods identification.
- Liaise with distribution centres (Corby and Nuneaton) and third-party carriers to manage shipment volumes.
- Support ocean movement schedules, including preparing shipping lists and associated documentation.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Excel and SAP (or a willingness to learn).
- Familiarity with export air and sea logistics is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
