Eden Recruitment Solutions T/A Just Temps are seeking multiple MHE Drivers and Warehouse Operatives for our client based in Corby, Nothamptionshire.Shift Patterns Available:8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (monday to friday)4:00 PM - Midnight (mondaY TO Friday)Midnight - 8:00 AM (Sunday Night to Thursday Morning)Location: Corby, UKWarehouse £13.05 overtime after 37.5 hours £18.56 per hourWarehouse nights £13.44 overtime after 37.5 hours £18.56 per hourFLT rotation £15.61 overtime after 37.5 hours £20.15 ( £14.11 per hour if less than 37.5hrs)FLT Nights £15.83 overtime after 37.5 hours £20.15 (£14.33 per hour if less than 37.5 hrs)Key Roles:Forklift / Manual Handling Equipment (MHE): Responsible for operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as forklifts, pallet trucks, and other warehouse machinery to move goods efficiently and safely.Warehouse: Engage in manual handling tasks including unloading, sorting, and moving heavy items. This role requires regular lifting of heavy loads, so candidates should be physically fit.Key Responsibilities:Safely operate MHE equipment (if qualified) to move and stack products.Perform manual handling duties, including heavy lifting, sorting, and loading/unloading goods.Ensure the accurate and efficient movement of goods within the warehouse.Adhere to all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.Conduct daily equipment checks and report any malfunctions.Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets.Requirements:Must be comfortable with heavy lifting and manual handling.Experience in operating MHE (e.g., forklifts) is desirable.A valid MHE license/certification is preferred.DBS check will be conducted before attending the site.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Good communication skills and attention to detail.Flexibility to work different shifts as required.Benefits:Competitive pay rates with overtime at time and a half.Opportunities for career advancement within the company.Full training provided for MHE operations if needed.Supportive team environment with a focus on safety and development.Candidates must be able to pass a DBS check before being allowed on-site.Note: Applicants should specify their preferred shift pattern during the application process.Just Temps act as an employment Business for the supply of temporary staff.
