Are you a CNC Setter, either on Milling or Turning,wanting to make a mark in a new facility, take initiative and be a part of driving a business forward?
Monday - Thursday 7:30-4:00, Friday 7:30-3:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate a range of eithe CNC lathes or mills to produce precision components according to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Performing tool and offset changes.
- Program editing when required. (Fanuc ideally)
- Monitor machine operations to ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Make adjustments to machine settings to optimize production output and minimize downtime.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience setting up and operating CNC lathes or mills is required.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
