Are you a CNC Setter or CNC Programmer on CNC Lathes,wanting to make a mark in a new facility, take initiative and be a part of driving a business forward?
Monday - Thursday 7:30-4:00, Friday 7:30-3:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Program and/or Set up and operate a range ofCNC Lathesto produce precision components according to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Performing tool and offset changes.
- Program editing when required - Fanuc controls
- Downloading of programs onto machinery to run.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Make adjustments to machine settings to optimize production output and minimize downtime.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous CNC Turner ideally withexperience programming, setting up and operating CNC lathesis required.
- Editing/downloading and reading of CAD/CAM programs
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
