AMJ are currently recruiting for a highly organized and proactive PA Administrator to provide administrative
and personal assistance support to senior management team of one of our customers based in CV7.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, managing schedules, handling
communications, and performing a wide range of administrative duties.

Job Details

- 5 days from 7, although this will translate to roughly 1 weekend in 4.
- Salary 26-27k, however this negotiable depending on experience.
- 08:30-17:00 or 09:00-17:30
- Based in CV7, however some travel between Coventry sites may be required so own transport is required.
- This is a permanent job

Role Requirements

- Manage diaries, arrange meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.
- Handle confidential documents and ensure appropriate filing and record keeping.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
- Screen calls, emails, and other communications, responding where appropriate.
- Assist with project coordination, tracking deadlines and deliverables.
- Process expenses and invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
- Organize and coordinate internal and external events or meetings.
- Maintain office systems and ensure supplies are stocked.
- Liaise with other departments, stakeholders, and external contacts on behalf of the executive

Experience

- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Assistant.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple prioritys.
