Container Operations Office Manager - Stanford-le-Hope, Essex- 50K

My client is looking for an experienced Office Manager with experience in shipping or Container Operations to be a pivotal part of the Container Operations Team in Stanford-le-Hope. If you have great experience with Container Operations, Container Control and experience leading a team you could be right for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maximise Operational efficiency and the elimination of avoidable cost/waste/loss.

• Maximise Depot revenue and business growth from new and existing customer

• Work alongside Depot Managers, to support the Container Operations teams.
• Lead Container Control Operations.
• Oversee Access and Exit Gates.
• Conduct Health & Safety Audits for the Office and Depot.
• Monitor KPIs.
• Management over budgeting.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in working in a UK Container Depot.
• Knowledge and understanding of Container Operations.
• Previous Leadership Experience.
• Experience conducting estimation for Containers repairs.
• Business Acumen and Commercial Awareness.
