An experienced HGV 1 driver is urgently needed for container work on a contract basis due to the growth of a prestigious logistics company in London Gateway.
The role involves delivering containers from port to port, with the possibility of the position becoming long-term for the right candidate.
Shifts can vary between days or tramping, with working hours ranging from 12 to 14 hours per day.
The pay rates range from £14 to £16 per hour for PAYE, and £17 to £20 per hour for LTD/Self-employed/Umbrella, with a minimum requirement of 6 months of commercial HGV driving experience.
Candidates must possess a valid C+E driving licence, CPC Qualification Card, and Tacho Card, and should have a professional attitude and advanced English communication skills.

Due to continued growth and securing a new prestigious contract with a leading logistics company in London Gateway we are urgently seeking to recruit for an experienced hgv 1 driver to work on a contract basis, doing container work.

THE ROLE
Working as a Hgv 1 driver delivering containers from port to port. Please note this position can turn to a long-term job for the right candidate.

SHIFTS
Days or Tramping (Between 12hrs-14hrs per day)

RATES:

PAYE - £14 - £16 PER HOUR

LTD/ SELF E/ UMBRELLA - £17 - £20 PER HOUR

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE

Experience - minimum of 6 months of hgv driving experience commercially.
Qualifications and Licences - Driving Licence with C+E category, CPC Qualification Card, Tacho Card.
Always be professional and have a positive attitude towards customers.
Advanced understanding and speaking English.
