Job Title: Project Manager – Fire and Security
Location: Corsham
Salary: £55,000 + Car Allowance
About the Role:
I am looking for a highly competent Project Manager with a strong background in fire and security systems to join our team based in Corsham. In this role, you will manage and oversee high-value residential projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee fire and security system projects from initiation to completion.
- Lead and coordinate the installation team, ensuring smooth delivery and adherence to project plans.
- Maintain strict compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Conduct site visits and ensure on-site operations are executed safely and efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout each project.
- Monitor and manage project risks, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the fire and security sector.
- Strong understanding of fire and security systems, including installation and compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and project milestones effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Full UK driving license.
