Roles & responsibilities for the Mortgage Advisor:

  • Conduct fact finds with clients and collate accurate supporting documents.??
  • Provide advice and recommendations on mortgages and protection products.?
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients and introducers to grow your client bank.?
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations by maintain regular CPD.

Qualifications and Experience requirements for a Mortgage Advisor:

  • CeMAP or CII qualification in Mortgage Advice or equivalent qualification is required.?
  • Experience in providing advice on Mortgages with CAS status.???
  • Self-motivated and passionate about customer service.?
