Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a well-established business in Wiltshire as they recruit a Client Support Advisor to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a company that values its employees and fosters a positive and collaborative work culture.

We are looking for an organised and proactive individual with previous office-based customer service experience. In this role, you will be responsible for providing professional support to clients, resolving queries efficiently, and ensuring outstanding client satisfaction.

Please note this is an office-based role.

DAY TO DAY:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for client and supplier queries via phone and email.
  • Managing and resolving client support cases using the internal CRM system.
  • Liaising with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure swift issue resolution.
  • Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring data integrity.
  • Processing copy invoice and credit requests by liaising with suppliers.
  • Supporting with updating new client accounts and ensuring all documentation is in place.
  • Covering reception duties, handling calls, and transferring enquiries professionally.
  • Prioritising workload and ensuring prompt action on urgent requests.

ABOUT YOU:

  • Previous office-based customer service experience, with handling queries on the phone, is essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues independently.
  • Excellent time management and the ability to handle multiple client enquiries efficiently.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • GCSE English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above) or equivalent.
  • Due to the location, a valid driving licence and access to a car is essential.

  • Full-time (up to 37 hours per week), Monday to Friday, 08:45 - 17:15, with an early finish on Fridays at 16:15.
