 Site Supervisor – Engineering Maintenance Division. Corsham, Wiltshire As a Technical Supervisor, you will manage the delivery of all mechanical, electrical and associated maintenance services across the site. You will manage a team of engineers plus sub-contractors, ensuring that an effective and efficient service is delivered and maintained, service levels are in line with the contractual KPI's and overseeing supplier / labour costs to ensure financial targets are achieved.Compile accurate management information/reporting as required and submit in a timely manner to appropriate stakeholders. Support any site audits, including but not limited to, quality, health and safety, environmental and finance. Monday – Friday 0800 – 1600Salary: Upto £45,000Benefits: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, life assurance, private healthcare, high street and online discounts, ongoing training and development programme. Skills and Experience Required You will need to have strong technical knowledge of both electrical and mechanical systems, and Project experience would also be desirable but not essential.You must be able to demonstrate a proven track record managing multi-disciplined teams including recruitment, disciplinaries, grievances, appraisals, and performance management.Show an ability to manage operational spend, have excellent communication and negotiation skills with customer focused thinking.Ability to solve problems positively and be pragmatic Proven ability to work under pressure and be able to prioritise. Qualifications & Experience City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical.Experience of working in a technical Estates environment or maintenance management background.Previous experience within a supervisory and or Team Leader role.Competence and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
