Factory Operative

Location: Park Lane Industrial Estate, Corsham, SN13 9LG

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: 12.21 Per hour

This is a temporary position with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all parts produced meet the required quality standards.
• Maintain attention to detail while working.
• Perform some heavy lifting as required.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each task.
• Operate machinery safely and efficiently.
• Conduct quality inspections on your own work.
• Complete paperwork to ISO standards.
• Keep track of the number of products produced.
• Work towards production targets.
• Pack and label goods for dispatch or storage.
• Use the correct Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Report any machinery faults or low stock levels of consumables.
• Keep the workplace clean and organised.
• Perform any other duties as required.
