Thrive Group are delighted to be working with a well known client based in Corsham. We are recruiting for a Production Operator to join their close-knit team on a temp contract at least until Christmas

Hours are Monday to Friday 0800-1600

Pay: £11.50 per hour

The Role

The Production Operator works as part of Production in manufacturing products to fulfil customer orders and maintain stock levels.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all parts produced meet the quality standards required by our customers.
  • Follow the procedures set out in the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for each job.
  • Operate machinery to a safe standard.
  • Carry out relevant quality inspections on your own work.
  • Fill out paperwork as required to ISO Standard.
  • Keep a tally of products produced.
  • Work towards agreed production targets.
  • Pack goods for dispatch or storage.
  • Label packages for dispatch.
  • Ensure the correct PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) is used at all times.
  • Report any faults found with any machinery.
  • Report low stock of consumable items.
  • Ensure the workplace is kept in a clean and orderly manner.
  • Any other duties as required.
