Thrive Group are delighted to be working with a well known client based in Corsham. We are recruiting for a Production Operator to join their close-knit team on a temp contract at least until Christmas
Hours are Monday to Friday 0800-1600
Pay: £11.50 per hour
The Role
The Production Operator works as part of Production in manufacturing products to fulfil customer orders and maintain stock levels.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all parts produced meet the quality standards required by our customers.
- Follow the procedures set out in the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for each job.
- Operate machinery to a safe standard.
- Carry out relevant quality inspections on your own work.
- Fill out paperwork as required to ISO Standard.
- Keep a tally of products produced.
- Work towards agreed production targets.
- Pack goods for dispatch or storage.
- Label packages for dispatch.
- Ensure the correct PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) is used at all times.
- Report any faults found with any machinery.
- Report low stock of consumable items.
- Ensure the workplace is kept in a clean and orderly manner.
- Any other duties as required.
