This isn’t just another admin role - you’ll be at the heart of the action, driving deal progression and maximising conversion rates.This role offers a clear progression pathway to becoming a Commercial Broker, making it ideal for someone with ambition and a drive to grow within the industry.Key Responsibilities
- Package Complex Deals: Specialise in HMO, refurbishment, and bridging finance, ensuring every deal is expertly structured for submission.
- Drive Sales Success: Support the Commercial Broker from initial enquiry to submission, maximising conversion rates and driving revenue.
- Manage CRM & Administration: Keep CRM systems up to date with impeccable attention to detail, supporting seamless communication and workflow management.
- Follow-Up Mastery: Own all follow-ups, ensuring no lead is left behind and every opportunity is maximised.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with the Commercial Broker and executive assistant to streamline processes and deliver exceptional client service.
Package & Benefits
- Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
- Part Time available pro rata salary

Skills & Experience Required
- Experience: Proven experience in HMO, refurbishment, and bridging finance.
- Deal Packaging Expertise: Strong ability to package complex financial deals for successful submission.
- Sales Support Experience: Previous experience in a sales support role, with a focus on driving revenue and supporting commercial brokers.
- CRM & Administration Skills: High level of accuracy and organisation in managing CRM systems
- Proactive & Driven: Self-motivated with a proactive approach to follow-ups and driving deal progression.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with lenders like HTB and Shawbrook is highly desirable.
