We are currently seeking a talented and driven Financial Director to join our expanding Tooling Manufacturing Business based on the south coast.

The ideal individual will not only bring their expertise to the table but will also be instrumental in driving the company's financial success.

The ideal candidate will have;

  • Proven track record as a Finance Director, demonstrating strategic acumen and leadership
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with an ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building relationships across all levels of the business
  • Professional qualification in finance (CIMA, ACA, ACCA)
  • A robust understanding of financial principles and regulations
  • Working knowledge of Xero
  • Proven ability to lead financial planning, risk management, and analysis of the firm's fiscal operations

As Financial Director you will be responsible for but not limited to;

  • Supervising Financial personnel including performance and target setting
  • Engaging with senior stakeholders, providing insightful reports and recommendations
  • Driving the company's financial performance, contributing to sustainable growth
  • Developing and implementing financial strategies for operational efficiency and cost-  effectiveness
  • Monitoring financial performance and providing insightful analysis and reporting to the MD’s
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence

Experience within a similar industry preferred but not essential.
