Graphic Designer

Our client in Cosham is seeking a creative and passionate Graphic Designer to join them on a permanent basis.

Working within a friendly, creative and collaborative Marketing team, you will be creatively delivering campaign planning, execution, and management across our global brand portfolio; playing a key role in shaping both internal and external marketing campaigns across a broad spectrum of digital, social, and print platforms.

What you'll be doing:

• Design customer facing marketing materials
• Support new business acquisition with impactful tender collateral
• Create compelling PowerPoint decks and PDF marketing documents
• Contribute to the development of social media strategy and content
• Produce and edit video content using After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Work across multiple websites, updating and creating new content
• Collaborate on CGI projects and animations (we're excited if you are too!)
• Be hands-on in creating marketing emails via our in-house platform

What we are looking for:

• Strong Adobe Suite skills (InDesign & Photoshop essential; Premiere Pro & After Effects desirable)
• 2+ years of experience in a marketing or design role
• A creative mind with excellent attention to detail
• Enthusiasm for CGI and a desire to grow in that area
• A solid grasp of branding, digital design, and campaign execution
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Great communication skills-you'll be liaising across teams and sub-business units
• A proactive mindset and the ability to work at pace
• A marketing degree or similar industry experience is preferred

Salary & Benefits:
