Skills Required:

  • Data Presentation: Align data with end-user needs through effective visuals and presentations.
  • Problem Management: Analyse patterns, consult experts, implement solutions, and develop preventive measures.
  • Strategic Thinking: Contextualize work within strategic goals and support planning activities.

Role Requirements:

  • Support pilot network implementation, including design, security, and transition strategies.
  • Update technical and security guidance based on pilot feedback and product changes.
  • Develop niche technical solutions to address gaps in existing network capabilities.
  • Lead improvements in device management, including analysing shortfalls, evaluating options, and defining technical requirements.
  • Incorporate end-user input and ensure compliance with governance and policy standards.
  • Enhance specialist knowledge transfer and attend key stakeholder and project meetings to maintain collaboration.
