The Role:
- Support and optimise large-scale IT systems to ensure seamless operation.
- Set up and configure virtual machines, networks, and essential software applications.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues while providing exceptional user support.
- Enforce security protocols to protect our digital resources.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Hands-on experience with virtualisation platforms such as VMware, HyperV or vSphere.
- Solid understanding of networking principles.
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems.
- Experience working in a third-line support role with a focus on implementing, supporting, and troubleshooting IT systems.
Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL V4 Foundation, Microsoft Certified Server Associate, CCNA) are beneficial but not mandatory.
