Do you have a hands-on approach and strong maintenance skills?Juice is excited to be supporting a leading business based in Corsham ,in their search for a Facilities Operative to join their friendly and welcoming team.In this role, you will be an essential part of the operations team, ensuring that the storage facilities remain in top condition to meet the high standards required.DAY TO DAY:

  • Conducting general maintenance tasks, including repairs, minor decorating, electrical replacements, and basic plumbing work.
  • Performing routine maintenance on equipment and machinery according to a scheduled preventative maintenance plan.
  • Operating a forklift (full training provided).
  • Keeping storage areas and main gangways clean and tidy, including using a ride-on sweeper.
  • Collecting and processing cardboard and plastic waste for recycling.
  • Assembling and dismantling office furniture and racking storage systems.
  • Working as part of a team on various ad-hoc projects and duties.
  • Assisting specialist contractors when needed.

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Able to handle the physical demands of the role.
  • Knowledge of general plumbing or electrical maintenance is ideal.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a strong team player mentality.
  • Quick learning ability and responsiveness to unforeseen incidents.
  • A valid driving license is required due to the location, with no public transport available.
