New Resource Recruitment (NRG) is working with a well-established engineering company dedicated to producing top-tier, innovative products. With a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement, theyre looking to bring on a skilled Quality Manager to drive quality assurance across operations and ensure adherence to industry standards.

Job Overview

As Quality Manager, youll play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing quality systems to meet customer, regulatory, and business requirements. Reporting to senior management, youll lead quality audits, manage inspection processes, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems to meet ISO and other regulatory standards.

Lead and manage internal and external audits, ensuring compliance across all areas of production.

Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to identify and address quality issues.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and reduce defect rates.

Manage and train a team of quality inspectors, promoting a culture of quality throughout the organization.

Review and analyze quality performance metrics, presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

Key Requirements

Proven experience as a Quality Manager in an engineering or manufacturing environment.

Strong understanding of quality control principles and familiarity with ISO standards.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments and with clients.

Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Experience in managing and developing a team, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Desirable

Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.

Six Sigma or Lean certification (advantageous).
