With a history of over 35 years, our client is dedicated to providing forward-thinking project management, architecture, quantity surveying, and interior design services across a diverse range of sectors, including education, healthcare, residential, and commercial.

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor with at least 3-5 years PQE in Quantity Surveying and a Chartered status. This role involves managing a variety of projects, from educational refurbishments and residential developments to complex office renovations, with project GDVs ranging from £300k to £5 million. The ideal candidate will work closely with Wiltshire's local authorities and play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our client relationships, with over 60% of our business generated through repeat clients and referrals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead quantity surveying across multiple project types, including public and private education, healthcare, and residential developments.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, understanding their needs and providing clear, outward-facing communication.
  • Deliver projects that enhance the experiences of their end-users, aligning with our client-focused approach.
  • Ensure project financials are managed efficiently from initial cost planning through to final account settlement.
