With 5 treatment rooms, gym, two pools, steam room, jacuzzi, relaxation area, spa bar, and 600 members. This is a considerable business and as Manager you will need to manage and supervise a team of 12 including therapists and personal trainers.
For this Health and Wellness role you must have worked to at least Assistant Manager level preferably in a hotel/resort style environment (but not essential). Ideally you will be therapist trained as this role is very hands-on fostering an environment of flexibility throughout the team.
