Supply Desk are currently recruiting on the behalf of a Secondary School in Portsmouth  who are looking to recruit a Maths Teacher to start September. This will be a temporary position (looking to go permanent) where you will be teaching Maths across KS3 and KS4 in a secondary school that was graded “Good” in all areas in their latest Ofsted inspection.

Overview:

Supply Desk are currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join a Secondary School based in the Portsmouth area on a long-term contract with the possibility of a permanent contract. The role would be starting in September on a long-term contract. The successful candidate will be teaching Maths to students in KS3 and KS4, working in a supportive department. The School will consider non-specialist Maths teachers for this role with experience teaching Maths in Secondary Schools.

About the School: 

The School is a mixed Secondary School based in Portsmouth  for students aged from 11 to 16 years with around 1000 students in total. The School comes with a Good reputation and has a supportive SLT that cares deeply for the Schools values. The school also has free parking onsite.

-          Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.

Requirements:

-          Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
