Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Care Home Manager to lead a thriving care home in Corsham. With a warm and friendly environment, this home provides exceptional residential, respite, and day care services. Designed with comfort and community in mind, the home is split into three households, each offering spacious dining and lounge areas for residents and their families to enjoy.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strong leadership and management to ensure the delivery of outstanding care to all residents.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Care Home Manager with a strong track record of achieving high standards of care.
  • Leadership qualification, ideally a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
  • Strong financial acumen, including experience in managing budgets and resources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with residents, families, and professionals.
