As an SEN Teacher, you will:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of students with ASD, SLD, and PMLD.
Work closely with a multidisciplinary team including teaching assistants, therapists, and SEN specialists.
Use innovative teaching strategies to support communication, engagement, and independence.
Implement personalised learning plans to meet the diverse needs of your students.

What We're Looking for in an SEN Teacher
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Essential for this role.
Experience working with SEN pupils - Either in a special school or mainstream setting.
A passion for SEN education and a strong desire to help students achieve their full potential.
Strong communication and teamwork skills - Collaborate with support staff, parents, and therapists.
Understanding of SEN teaching methods - Experience with PECS, Makaton, TEACCH, or Team Teach is a bonus (training will be provided).
Adaptability and resilience - The ability to tailor teaching to individual needs and maintain a positive approach.
