Duties
- Provide 1st Line Support either directly from the customer
- Provide assistance by phone, email and/or using a ticket management system
- Update the internal knowledgebase with issue resolution details
- Microsoft 365
- Azure
- Active Directory Administration (passwords, users, groups, permissions)
- Desktop support
- Network support
- Windows Server
