Description
- Oversee all company accounting practices, including accounting departments, preparing budgets, financial reports, tax and audit functions.
- Direct financial strategy, planning and forecasts.
- Supervise investment and cash management strategies.
- Oversee the financing strategies to support company growth.
- Study, analyse and report on trends, opportunities for expansion and projection of future company growth.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies.
- Develop and manage relationships with financial partners, including banks and investors.
- Lead and motivate teams of finance staff to ensure efficient use of resources.
Profile
- Proven experience in a top management position within the financial industry.
- Deep understanding of finance law and regulatory standards (GAAP).
- Strong understanding of economic and banking processes.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong IT skills, always being ahead of new technologies.
- Ability to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used.
