Description

  • Oversee all company accounting practices, including accounting departments, preparing budgets, financial reports, tax and audit functions.
  • Direct financial strategy, planning and forecasts.
  • Supervise investment and cash management strategies.
  • Oversee the financing strategies to support company growth.
  • Study, analyse and report on trends, opportunities for expansion and projection of future company growth.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies.
  • Develop and manage relationships with financial partners, including banks and investors.
  • Lead and motivate teams of finance staff to ensure efficient use of resources.

Profile

  • Proven experience in a top management position within the financial industry.
  • Deep understanding of finance law and regulatory standards (GAAP).
  • Strong understanding of economic and banking processes.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong IT skills, always being ahead of new technologies.
  • Ability to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used.
