Role Overview:

They looking for a Deputy Shift Manager to oversee various shift operations in Corwen. You'll ensure health and safety standards, maintain food safety standards, lead and develop your team, and drive productivity to meet operational KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion health & safety, ensuring all procedures are followed.
  • Prioritise food safety and product quality.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the shift team.
