As the HR Advisor you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring compliance with HR processes, supporting recruitment, training, and driving employee engagement initiatives.

Imagine a role where you are the go-to person for HR issues, collaborating with Team Leaders and Line Managers, and contributing to a safe and efficient workplace.

With travel between our sites in Deeside, Sandycroft, and Corwen, you’ll have the opportunity as a HR Advisor to make a real difference across multiple locations. 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HR issues, providing timely and comprehensive services.
  • Ensure adherence to HR processes, legal requirements, and best practices.
  • Administer recruitment for production operatives and staff.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyse retention trends.
  • Support training and development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Team Leaders and Line Managers.
  • Participate in Works Forum meetings and document minutes.
  • Address employee needs in a safe manufacturing environment.
  • Uphold health & safety standards.
  • Contribute to monthly HR Site reports.
  • Stay updated with HR developments and engage in professional development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4 years of generalist HR administration and advisory experience, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict management skills.
  • Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
  • A-Level education or higher.
  • Knowledge of local employment legislation and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
