The RoleReporting to the Head of Human Resources, you'll work as a key member of the HR team, providing comprehensive, efficient, and effective HR support to management and employees. Your responsibilities will include:- Attendance management
- Handling disciplinary, grievance, and mediation processes
- Driving performance and change management
- Supporting recruitment and resourcing
- Contributing to HR initiatives and projects on a rotational cycle
- CIPD qualified or working towards Level 7, with experience in a busy HR environment.
- Strong and effective communicators with excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable working across all levels.
- Flexible and adaptable, ready to meet the demands of a varied workload in a high-pressure environment.
- Agile working options combining home and office locations (discussed at the interview stage).
- Full-time hours over Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work non-standard patterns contributing to a 37-hour week.
- The role includes an average of three evening shifts per month, attracting an allowance.
