Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Chair daily internal production planning meeting.
  • Continually review production plan to maintain line/tank capacity to ensure plans are achievable within known constraints.
  • Management of inventory levels / slow moving stocks.
  • relevant countries/trade agreements,
  • Export letter of credit management,
  • Assist in management and continuously improvement of the export strategy, with goals to reduce financial risk.
  • Previous experience within a FMCG environment with the responsibility for planning/scheduling.
  • cross-functionally and with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • Experience of importing/exporting from/to the far East / Europe / USA.

  • Excellent communication / interpersonal skills - Relates to all kinds of people, up, down and sideways. Builds appropriate rapport; builds constructive and effective relationships.
  • Excellent Organisational & Co-Ordination skills - Can marshal resources to get things done; can orchestrate multiple activities at once to accomplish a goal.
