About the Role:Randstad Care is seeking an experienced and dedicated Social Worker to join the Pre-Birth Team in Denbighshire on an agency contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional passionate about supporting expectant parents and ensuring the best possible outcomes for vulnerable children and families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake pre-birth assessments to identify potential risks and support needs.
• Develop and implement child protection plans where necessary.
• Work collaboratively with multi-agency teams, including healthcare professionals, midwives, and other social care staff.
• Provide timely interventions to support families in preparation for the arrival of a child.
• Prepare and present clear, concise reports for case conferences, court proceedings, and other statutory meetings.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records in line with local authority policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Qualified Social Worker
• Current registration with Social Care Wales (or equivalent if applicable).
• Proven experience in pre-birth or child protection teams.
• Strong understanding of relevant legislation and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
