As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and efficiency. Your ability to communicate clearly and empathetically will be crucial in maintaining the high standards of service that the client is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducts order validations and entries
  • Confirms customer order receipt, creation, and delivery
  • Monitor and tracks order statuses and manages claim cases and returns
  • Provides clear and consistent communication between and with customers and internal production
  • Serves as the primary contact for customers, including cases of issues or escalation
  • Supports transfer projects and process improvement initiatives
  • Handles routine maintenance of the Master Data System


The ideal candidate will possess:

  • No qualifications required for this role however previous experience in a customer service/office-based role is highly desired
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding service
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft packages and computer software

Working hours:

Monday-Thursday 8am-4:30pm Friday 1pm finish with an hourly rate of 13.47.
