Job Description:
My client are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to oversee facilities, small works, and maintenance projects across retail and commercial sectors. This role requires a highly organized professional with a strong background in project management and a proven track record of successfully handling multiple sites simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee nationwide projects of varying scopes and values, from low to high.
- Coordinate and supervise the execution of facilities and maintenance works.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements and objectives are met.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure high standards of work.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and deliver cost-effective solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in facilities, small works, and maintenance projects.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to oversee numerous sites.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to travel nationwide as required.
- Valid driver's license.
