Warehouse Team Leader x 2 positions (4 day shift) New (Permanent) - Lutterworth Depot

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure that the daily workload is completed with the labour required and within the timescales given.
Check warehouse RF Monitor for outstanding work and action.
Check Warehouse helpdesk SmartSheet to complete the tickets open by CST.
Ensure stock integrity and that daily PI`s are carried out.
Complete daily the 2 Quality box checks or pallet checks required, Form 0093A.
Ensure all personnel adhere to all Company, legal, environmental, ISO, security and Health and Safety procedures and standards.
Monitor the performance of individual members of the team and the performance of each area.
Adhere to and achieve all the Service level Agreements that exist between the company and our customers.
Motivation of staff through encouragement and inform them of decisions that may affect them.
Report to Warehouse Supervisor on day-to-day activities within the operation.
To ensure adequate resources are in place to cover the department at all times.
To make suggestions or recommendations to the Warehouse Supervisor and or Operations Manager for any improvements to the current working processes.
Undertake any special projects; provide statistics and reports as required.
Attend internal and external training courses if and when required
Liaise with the customer service and transport teams as required and promote and develop relations between the departments.
Ensure the company's standards of housekeeping are maintained within the working area.
Any other duties as and when necessary to meet the varying demands of the business and satisfy the customers'
requirements.
Prior to completion of shift update Warehouse Supervisor of current workload status.

Additional Information Salary: 13.42 per hour 4 days on 3 days off
Sunday to Wednesday OR Wednesday to Saturday
**1 enhanced pay per hour for Saturday and Sunday. Working Hours
40 hours per week 7.00am - 5.45pm (with a 45-minute unpaid break)
