As a Production Operatives you will need to have:
- The ability to carry out physical manual work involving lifting, bending, and carrying.
- The ability to understand and follow health and safety regulations.
- The ability to work either alone or as a member of a team.
- The ability to work inside and outside.
Details of a Production Operatives:
- Salary: 11.94 per hour
- Location: Cottingham - HU16 area
- Duration: Ongoing
Working Hours of a Production Operatives:
- Monday to Friday: 7:30am - 4:00pm
Role of a Production Operatives:
- Operating seeding machines.
- Heavy lifting and bending will be required due to the nature of the job.
- Sowing seeds and potting up.
- Taking care of plants, including watering, weeding, pruning, feeding, cutting dead growth, and general tidying.
- Depending on the job, picking, sorting, labeling, and packaging produce.
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of plant care techniques.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Must have a valid driver's license due to the location
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed, including weekends and holidays.
