The Role

As a Project Engineer, you will play a vital role in the design and delivery of cutting-edge engineering solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing arrangement and detail drawings using AutoCAD.
  • Producing accurate bills of materials for projects.
  • Liaising with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintaining records and filing systems, both manually and electronically.
  • Preparing documents using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Assisting in the preparation of enquiries and tenders.
  • Supporting the administration of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
  • This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys collaborating across departments to achieve excellent results.

The Person

  • To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
  • Ideally, experience within the material handling or special purpose machinery industries, designing products such as conveyors (this is desirable but not essential).
