Atrium Healthcare is currently supporting a Residential Dementia Care Home who are seeking Senior Care Assistant/ Team Leader based in the outskirts of Hull. We are looking for compassionate individuals with significant experience in the care sector, particularly in supporting residents with Dementia.

Key Responsibilities:
聽
路Provide personal care and support to residents.
路Administer and monitor medications.
路Maintain and update care plans.
路Train and supervise junior and new staff members under the guidance of senior staff.
路Ensure residents' comfort and dignity are maintained at all times.
Experience/ Qualifications:
聽
路NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care.
路Medication trained.
路Experienced in supporting residents with Dementia.
路Due to location diving license and access to your own car.
路Right to work in the UK.
路Previous experience of 1 year min. with any of the above-mentioned areas of care.
