- Creating Excel invoice spreadsheets
- Resolving supplier queries
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Assisting with the accrual process

The ideal candidate for this role, will...
- Have at least some experience of a busy/ high volume Purchase Ledger/ Accounts Payable role
- Be comfortable working to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
- Have Intermediate Excel skills
- Be happy working 24 hours per week on-site. Preferably you will be happy doing 3 full days but, equally, those looking to stretch their hours over 4/5 days will also be considered. There may be the opportunity to occasionally work from home over time but this is initially a fully on-site role.
