HSEQ Senior Advisor | Coulsdon | Hybrid | Up to £65,000

The Opportunity:
A leading innovative telecoms and networks solutions provider require a proactive HSEQ Senior Advisor to drive HSE initiatives across major ongoing Rail-Projects across the South. 

Gaining exposure into the Rail industry, you will promote this £multimillion Rail market leader’s ethos of Zero environmental impact, using your HSE expertise to oversee major Rail infrastructure projects, including sub-contractors.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Heads of Quality and HSE with developing and implementation of strategies and processes aligned with the company values
  • Checking and editing HSQE documents for accuracy and compliance
  • Accident, incident and close call investigation ensuring root causes are identified
  • Management of project(s) HSQE reporting along with production of KPI dashboards
  • Support HSQE internal audits and delivery of corrective action plans
  • Support in the review and improvement of HSQE management systems
  • Support / deputise for other HSQE team members when required
  • Site based assurance

Location: Coulsdon (2 days a week, with some travel around London and Kent).

The Candidate:

  • Experience as Senior HSEQ Advisor/Manager
  • NEBOSH Diploma (or working towards)
  • Able to assimilate across a business with great communication skills
  • Understanding of ISO Accreditations
  • Highly proficient with Word/Excel
  • Rail sector experience/knowledge of Network Rail/TfL (highly desirable)
  • Internal auditor qualification (desirable)

Salary: Up to £65,000 plus benefits including
