- Supporting the Contracts Manager in maintaining site programmes.
- Assisting with programming and planning the initial setup of new sites.
- Undertaking commercial duties, including tender returns and pricing comparisons.
- Assisting with health and safety requirements.
- Visiting project sites and providing progress updates to the Contracts Manager.
- Writing purchase orders (POs) and liaising with subcontractors.
- Performing other day-to-day administrative and project tasks as required.
- You may have completed a construction degree, gained industry experience, or come via the trades or commercial route.
- A keen interest in developing your skills and advancing your career.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Some experience in construction or related fields is essential.
- Competitive salary ranging from £35,000 to £45,000pa, DOE.
- Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.
